Apostle Shannon T. Wingate was born February 21, 1982, in Hickory, N.C., to Julian and Mary Wingate and the youngest of eight children.
He resides in Lincolnton, NC., with his wife, Co-Pastor Lashanda Wingate and their two beautiful children Keira and Shannon Jr.
He was called by God at the tender age of 11 and embraced the 'calling' at the age of 22, where he preached his initial sermon on December 17, 2004, at Community Baptist Church, under the leadership of Pastor L.J. Hayes.
By the Grace of God, Apostle Wingate and Prophetess Wingate opened the doors of Spirit of Truth Breakthrough and Deliverance Ministries, International, Inc., on September 20, 2009. The church is located in Hickory, NC and the vision and charge has been given to extend the ministry to other cities throughout the world, as Christ leads the way.
Apostle Wingate was ordained as an Apostle on June 25, 2011, by his Apostolic Overseer, Apostle John Eckhardt, founder and presiding Apostle of the Impact Network.
Apostle Wingate has a heart to win the lost to Christ and win the "unchurched" generation through a 'Purpose Driven' ministry.
He is anointed by the power of God to birth and release the Word. He believes in preaching and teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. He puts his family first and has a heart for the lost.
He won't stop until his assignment is complete!
